Classification Algorithm Analysis for Breast Cancer

Breast cancer in women is a type of disease that the main cause death according to world breast data. Therefore, early detection breasts needed significantly improve life. If woman has been identified, then rehabilitation and treatment on an incentive basis are reduce worse. This study used dataset collected by University Wisconsin Hospitals, Madison (https://atapdata.ai/). research conducted experiments using several data mining classification strategies predict machine learning algorithms. The Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Deep Learning (H2O), Neural Network classify From these algorithms’ classification, we compare accuracy, best algorithm performance with curve ROC (RapidMiner Studio Core) see which quality for classification. analysis results, deep Tanh Exprectifier activation function good accuracy 93.14%, 89.62%. In addition, found from results this research.
